Methodology for 2013-14 for service providers operating programs under Articles 81 and 89 of the Education Law is now final. The major revisions from the previous year include:
1) Trend Factor for School-Age Programs only: 3% will be applied to reimbursable 2011-12 base yearDirect Care costs, excluding expenses related to one-time waivers as appropriate.
2) 1:1 Rates Rebased: The rates have been rebased using Years 2006-07-2010-11 adjusted for RMI%. School-Age Programs 3%, Preschool Programs 0%.
