SED Proposed Regulations 200.16 and 200.20

The attached proposed amendments set forth new requirements for preschool evaluations as well as qualifications and requirements for preschool executive directors. According to the proposal the executive director requirements would take effect on or after April 17, 2014. The comment period ends May 12, 2014.
